“CLOUT and Switzerland’s street fashion brand LOW LIFE CLOTHES have teamed up to present the “City of Broken Dreams” t-shirt in both BLACK and WHITE. Printed in black, white, gray and graphite the detailed illustration depicts a layup in the backround with an elevated subway train snaking its way through a smoke filled city by way of tunnels nestled amongst contrasting facades. Passing by multi-windowed buildings, streetlamps and destroyed police cars, the subway train emerges in the forefront. Clouts’ first overseas collaboration, the “City of Broken Dreams” t-shirt is available in adult sizes S – 2X.” – CLOUT STORE
Check Your Six, now in its second year, is an upcoming Midwest-based company that provides our own, unique interpretation on an industry that often falls into cliches and stagnation. Through bold graphics and mature designs, we create products with a strong focus on controversy, uniqueness, ironic humor, and everything in between.
Check Your Six is a military term derived from air combat in World War II, meaning literally ‘watch your back.’ This idea is reflected in many of our designs, sometimes as blatant as pure representations of the term, other times through abstract allusions to the idea. Combining this unique theme with diverse artistic execution has helped create a clothing line that holds true to Check Your Six’s creative vision and resonated well with consumers.
Sébastien Nikolaou was born June 3, 1985 in Patras, Greece. Being a child of a greek father and a french mother, he flawlessly speaks both languages, while he early adopted his parents’ national culture and aesthetics.
Sébastien’s main passion and occupation is graphic design and illustration. Since his childhood he used to draw all the time. Later, being a teenager, he became a graffiti artist; a fact that taught and inspired him a lot in his coming professional work. At the age of 15 when he got into computers, influenced by cd covers, music artworks and music itself, he started creating his first digital artworks. Almost instantly, it turned into a real passion.
After 3 years of experimenting, it got more serious when his first commercial work was printed. Shortly a graphic designer discovered him and employed him in his creative agency. He worked there for two years, creating posters, flyers, brochures, advertisings, packaging, logos, identities, illustrations, and web sites, gaining a lot of skills and experience.
Sébastien is currently studying at the Graphic Design department of the Technological Educational Institute of Athens. He also runs his own freelance design project called “sebdesign.eu”.
On March 13th, Bodega will include another collaborative release into its lengthy résumé. This time around, the canvas for creativity is the Converse Poorman Weapon. Earlier in the year, the UNDFTD Poorman Weapon experienced a successful release and now Bodega will offer a new take on the shoe.
The Bodega x Converse Poorman Weaponstresses durability as it combines a waxed canvas exterior and a deerskin lining. These materials are functional for all weather and also offer a dose of ironic tension between the silhouette’s name and the luxurious materials that cover it. The shoe’s roll-down construction-unique to this collaboration-allows for versatility as one may wear the shoe as a super high top or mid top.
If you are able to grab one of the 100 pairs, you will also receive a shearling-lined case for the shoes and an etched flask (only given to those over 21). The shoes will retail for $120

(Culture-The Customs, arts, social institutions, and acheivements of a particular nation, people, or other social group.)
The past is never forgotten; Everything now is being blended, recycled, and reused with a current twist to it. We see it through time in designs, art, and graffiti; all are rooted from one to two or more unimaginable different cultures mixed together. Art(Designs, graffiti, etc…) is another form of documenting the current culture of today. Since the time of Neanderthals to now, every canvas/wall/medium an artists works on is another shape and form of a history textbook or todays newspapers. Through designs, we are reflecting on a small and very general portion of our perspectives on the current culture; Todays culture is the mixture of previous cultures combined to create another.
The threads on this line are inspired and designed with a very high contrast of cultures mixed together. From the Art of the Japanese mixed in with the music tools of the 1980s, to the hard b-boys look mixed in with a simple surreal character, you’ll see the mixtures progress and being pushed beyond the limits.
Its simple; SuhReal is built from us, society. At the same time, society can be limited or infinte. Its just a matter of which you prefer. Encourage yourself to embrace the possibilities society offers and fight against its limitations. Go beyond the idea of an ideal life.
Created to give you nothing but the happenings in an unusually dope form.
Will be Available online within a week or two, keep a lookout.
